Minimum Allowed Age
To subscribe with us and enjoy Kinotostream services, you must be at least 18 years old.
Allowed Connections per Each Subscription
Each subscription allows only 1 connection.
Using more than 1 connection will result in your subscription and IP being suspended by the provider with no refund.
Number of Live TV Channels & VOD
Channels and VOD are subject to change, update, or removal at any time without prior notice.
Any change in categories or content can happen anytime.
Kinotostream does not have control over the content provided, EPG, or any updates that may occur.
Unacceptable Usage Behavior
Kinotostream does not allow any type of re-streaming, transmission, or distribution of any provided content.
Refund Guarantee
Kinotostream offers a 3-day, no-questions-asked full refund guarantee if you are unsatisfied with our service.
Quality of the Content Provided
Due to the nature of IPTV and factors it depends on, such as Internet Service Provider, Internet Speed, Bandwidth, Streaming sources, and other variables, we cannot guarantee that content will work 100% of the time. Issues such as buffering, freezing, or non-working content may occur.
Ensure a high-speed internet connection and that your ISP allows IPTV servers to reduce the possibility of issues.
Please note that sharing your subscription will also result in instant termination without prior notice.
Unsupported Countries
Our service works anywhere in the world, AS LONG AS your Internet Service Provider is not blocking our services.
Data Usage Charges
The client is responsible for any expenses or charges related to their data usage or internet fees.
Information Provided
Any information or data provided must be accurate.
You must own or have the right to use the payment method for any purchase from us.
Adjustments to Our Terms & Conditions
We may adjust these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy, at any time without prior notice to the client. Any such alteration will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our service and this site following any changes constitutes acknowledgment of these adjusted terms.

The number of channels and movies in the VOD library may change based on our weekly updates.
Pricing
Kinotostream services are subject to change or update at any time without prior notice.

Discounts and promotions may occur at any time. Services purchased prior to an offer cannot be refunded to utilize the offer.
Lifetime Subscriptions
Kinotostream lifetime subscriptions are subject to the lifetime of the service, not the actual lifetime of the user. This may change without prior notice. We strive to maintain service as long as possible, but the uncertainty of the IPTV industry may impact lifetime subscriptions. We are not liable for changes that occur after purchasing this subscription.

Please follow all provided details and instructions before purchasing an IPTV subscription from us or if you encounter any issues.
Suspension and Downtime
In addition to our rights and conditions to terminate or disable the subscription, you acknowledge and agree to potential downtime due to server maintenance, updates, or server-related issues, for which prior notice may not be given.

All communications and terms made or offered under this Agreement will be in English. We reserve the authority and right to immediately end or limit your use of the services or access to content at any time, without prior notice or liability, if Kinotostream decides, at its sole discretion, that you have breached any of the above terms and conditions, any law, or regulation over any content including:
